1. Services Overview
I provide branding, marketing, and design services tailored to each project.
All work is scoped and agreed upon before the project begins to ensure clarity on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
2. Project Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins
The remaining 50% is due before final delivery
Project timelines begin once all required materials are received
Timelines may shift depending on feedback and scope changes
3. Scope of Work
All deliverables are defined before the project starts.
Included Services
Brand identity design
Marketing & campaign design
Email design
Social media creatives
Website / landing page design
Editorial design (e.g. ebooks)
Digital and print-ready assets
Not Included
Web development / coding
Copywriting
Photography or video production
Advanced 3D or complex motion design
(These can be arranged separately if needed.)
4. Revisions
Revisions are included within the agreed project scope
Major changes in direction may require a new scope or additional cost
Feedback should be provided clearly and in a timely manner
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, the client agrees to:
Provide all required content, assets, and brand materials
Communicate feedback within a reasonable timeframe
Appoint a single point of contact where possible
Clearly outline goals and expectations at the start
6. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment
I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio
Any unused concepts remain my property
7. Source Files
Final deliverables are provided in standard formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.)
Editable/source files can be provided upon request if required
8. Payment Terms
50% deposit upfront, 50% before final delivery
Work will not be released until final payment is completed
Late payments may delay delivery
9. Project Changes & Cancellation
If the project is cancelled after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable
Work completed up to that point may be delivered upon request
Significant scope changes may require a revised quote
10. Confidentiality
All client information and materials are handled confidentially and will not be shared without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
While I aim to deliver high-quality work, I am not liable for:
business outcomes resulting from the use of design
third-party services or integrations
